Job Description
Smart Brains Technologies (Pvt) Ltd. is hiring a Team Leader for an ACA, Medicare, and MVA insurance campaign supporting a major telecommunications client in I-9/3 Islamabad. This full-time role pays Rs50,00–Rs100,00/month plus bonuses (base up to 100k). Requirements: BPO/call center experience, proven team-building, coaching and leadership skills, at least 6 months in a similar leadership role, and agent management experience.
