Job Description
As a Zoom Host on the night shift, you will run onsite virtual meetings and webinars, manage participant admission, monitor chat and Q&A, start and record sessions, troubleshoot basic audio/video issues, and enforce meeting rules. Night hours typically run 10:00 PM–6:00 AM; onsite attendance and reliable transportation are required. Candidates should have strong English communication skills, familiarity with Zoom and basic AV equipment, attention to detail, and customer service experience. Prior hosting or technical support experience is a plus. Punctuality and the ability to work independently are essential.
