Job Description
Tumarms is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for US-based campaigns at Wave Call Center Islamabad. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, verify and sell products/services, meet daily/weekly targets, and maintain accurate, high-quality communication while collaborating with your team. Requirements: prior call center experience (US campaigns a plus), strong English, target-driven, punctual, disciplined, and available for night shifts. We offer up to PKR 60,00 basic (experience-based & negotiable), daily/weekly/monthly bonuses, fast growth and a supportive environment.
