Job Description
Planet Junior seeks a Customer Support Staff to manage customer inquiries, comments, and complaints across social media, WhatsApp, and phone. Duties include answering promptly and professionally, resolving issues, maintaining brand tone, and tracking conversations. Requirements: excellent verbal and written English, strong communication and problem-solving skills, familiarity with social platforms; e-commerce or support experience preferred. Offer: full-time role (10:00 AM–7:00 PM) in Shadman 1, Lahore; 1-month probation with performance-based incentives, salary Rs25,00–40,00, growth opportunities, and in-person work. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Lahore.
