Job Description
The Packing Supervisor at Premier Industrial Chemicals Mfg. Co. (Pvt) Ltd. will oversee bag-packing operations, assign daily tasks, and ensure packing meets company standards (accurate labeling, correct packaging and materials). You will monitor and coach a packing team to meet production targets, maintain and troubleshoot packing equipment, conduct quality inspections to detect defects before shipment, and keep records of output, inventory, and waste. Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards, identify efficiency improvements, and propose corrective actions. Full-time; pay from Rs40,00/month. Required: Intermediate education and 5 years relevant experience. Work Location: In person.
