Job Description
We are hiring a Depot Manager at Muller and Phipps Pakistan to ensure flawless depot operations. Responsibilities include implementing delivery plans and approving expenses per SOPs; ensuring accurate, timely credit recovery and daily cash deposits; maintaining warehouse stock and conducting monthly physical stock takes, reporting discrepancies; monitoring expense files and the approved annual budget; enforcing fleet policy and daily vehicle/generator log checks; keeping attendance records; organizing monthly staff meetings and minutes; resolving customer and principal issues promptly; and striving to keep sales returns at ~3% locally and 5% upcountry. Full-time, in-person. Pay: Rs80.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month.
