Job Description

We seek a motivated Online Bidding Specialist to win projects on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Responsibilities: find and match projects, write tailored proposals, follow up, update profiles, coordinate with sales/tech, track bidding activity, and support social promotion. Requirements: proven bidding or BD experience, strong written/verbal English, excellent proposal writing, basic IT/BPO/Digital Marketing knowledge, and strong organization. CRM, social media marketing, and basic SEO/content writing preferred. Full-time; shifts: night/morning; onsite or remote.
