Job Description
Join our team as an Engine Room Operator responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining main engines, generators, pumps, and auxiliary systems. Perform routine inspections, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults, execute basic repairs, maintain logs, and follow safety and environmental procedures. Coordinate with engineering and bridge teams during normal and emergency operations. Requirements: high school diploma or technical certificate, 2+ years marine or industrial engine room experience, basic mechanical and electrical skills, valid certifications as required, ability to work rotating shifts and handle physical tasks. Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.
