Job Description
As Team Lead FTTH, you will oversee daily monitoring, reporting, and timely execution of FTTH/GPON (OSP/ISP) projects; coordinate all stakeholders; create and implement fiber plans from HLD to LLD; prepare feasibility studies; enforce company quality standards during deployment; and manage OSP/ISP vendors. Requirements: DAE (Electronics, Electrical, Telecom, IT, CS) or B.Tech (Hons.), 2–4 years relevant experience, age 18–35. Job type: Full-time, on-site in Faisalabad. Pay: Rs50,00–Rs60,00 per month. License/Certification: DAE Diploma in electrical/IT/Telecom preferred. Strong leadership, technical planning, and vendor management skills are required to ensure timely, compliant delivery.
