Job Description
Location: Karachi | Job Type: Full-Time. Courtyard Venues seeks a proactive, detail-oriented Project Assistant to support vendor management, ingredient sourcing, and daily operations for our emerging fast-food chain. Candidates must have 5–8 years’ experience in fast-food or QSR backend operations, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, familiarity with project management tools and restaurant operational flows, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Only applicants with experience in restaurants, HoReCa, or hospitality industries will be considered. On-site work required.
