Job Description
Lead procurement and end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure timely, cost-effective sourcing and distribution. Manage supplier relationships, contract negotiations, inventory optimization, demand planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Drive continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Require 8+ years in procurement/supply chain, proven leadership, strategic sourcing experience, strong analytics skills, ERP proficiency, and excellent communication. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field; MBA or professional certification (CPIM, CSCP, CPSM) preferred. Ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and implement KPI-driven performance improvements.
