Job Description

Join as RMNCH Coordinator and Trainer to lead reproductive, maternal, newborn, and child health programs. You will design and deliver training curricula, mentor clinical and community staff, coordinate service delivery, monitor program quality, and liaise with partners and stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing training materials, conducting workshops, supervising implementation, collecting and analyzing program data, and preparing reports. Requirements: bachelor’s or master’s in public health, nursing, midwifery, or medicine; 3+ years in RMNCH program coordination and adult training; strong communication, leadership, and M&E skills; willingness to travel. Commitment to evidence-based clinical standards and capacity building is essential.
