Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Capacity Building Expert to design and lead training, mentoring, and institutional strengthening initiatives for NGOs and government partners. The expert will develop curricula, conduct needs assessments, and monitor learning outcomes to improve organizational performance.
Required: 8+ years experience in capacity development, strong facilitation and project management skills, expertise in adult learning, monitoring & evaluation, and excellent communication in English. Experience in international development and donor-funded projects preferred.
