Job Description
Manage and grow an assigned territory by developing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Lead local account development, conduct territory planning, and analyze market trends to identify opportunities. Coordinate with marketing and operations to ensure timely product availability and excellent customer service. Track performance metrics, prepare sales forecasts and reports, and present results to management. Requirements: bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in B2B sales or territory management, strong negotiation and communication skills, proficiency with CRM, and willingness to travel.
