Job Description
Join our team as a Customer Experience Quality Assurance Trainer responsible for coaching agents, developing QA standards, designing training modules, and monitoring performance to improve customer satisfaction. You will conduct audits, deliver workshops, provide feedback, and collaborate with leadership to implement process improvements. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in customer service QA or training, strong communication skills, knowledge of QA metrics and call evaluation, and experience with LMS and coaching techniques. A degree in a related field is preferred. Must be analytical, patient, and able to motivate teams.
