Job Description
Provide end-user technical support; troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; install, configure, and maintain systems and peripherals; respond to helpdesk tickets; collaborate with IT to escalate complex issues; perform routine maintenance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in IT or related field; 2–3 years IT support; strong computer hardware/software knowledge; excellent troubleshooting.
