Job Description
Full-time Student Counselor to provide confidential academic, career, and personal guidance. Requirements: Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) in Psychology, Education, or Counseling; strong communication, empathy, problem-solving, confidentiality. Preferred: prior counseling or student advisory experience. Key duties: advise on courses and careers, run study-skills and career workshops, support struggling students, maintain confidential records, collaborate with staff and families, assist with scholarships and admissions, monitor progress, foster motivating learning environment. Job type: Full-time, Fresher. Pay: Rs30,00–Rs40,00/month. In-person.
