Job Description
Optimal IT Solutions seeks a full-time, in-person Lead Generation Specialist in Karachi. Work hours: 4:00 AM–1:00 PM (Australian Time). Responsibilities: scrape, verify, and organize leads from Bark.com and assigned platforms; maintain lead databases; share qualified prospects with sales; track performance; coordinate with marketing. Requirements: 2–3 years scraping/data-mining experience (Bark a plus), attention to detail, familiarity with scraping tools and CRMs, and ability to work independently.
