Job Description
Join Mars BPO as a Sales & Verification Specialist. We seek confident callers to verify customer information, handle inbound/outbound verification calls, and close sales using company scripts. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, converting leads, meeting targets, and adhering to quality standards. Requirements: excellent spoken English, sales or verification experience preferred, persuasive, target-driven, professional, punctual, and strong objection-handling. We offer competitive salary (Rs40,00–Rs60,00/month), performance incentives, paid training, career growth, and a fixed night shift (7:00 PM–5:00 AM) at our Karachi office: 2nd Floor, Shafi Court, Club Road, near Avari Towers.
