Job Description
Mars BPO is hiring a Sales Closing Associate for an in-house campaign. You will handle inbound and outbound calls to verify customer details, convert leads into confirmed sales, maintain accurate records, and meet daily/weekly targets while following scripts and quality standards. Strong spoken English, clear communication, objection-handling, and negotiation skills are required; sales or verification experience is a plus. Night shift: 7:00 PM–5:00 AM. Full-time, fresher-friendly, in-person role at 2nd Floor, Shafi Court, Club Road, near Avari Towers, Karachi.
