Job Description
We are hiring an in-house Retention and Sales Specialist at Mars BPO. Handle inbound/outbound verification and closing calls, confirm and update customer details, overcome objections, and convert leads to sales while following scripts and quality standards. Night shift 7:00 PM–5:00 AM. Full-time, freshers welcome. Requirements: confident English, experience in verification/sales preferred, professional, punctual, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
