Job Description
ASK Development Limited seeks full-time Helpline Agents for a reputed telecom client in Lahore. Responsibilities include answering customer calls professionally, resolving banking queries and complaints, processing orders and payments, and updating customer accounts. Compensation is Rs45,00–55,00/month with performance-based incentives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, minimum 6 months CSR experience in the banking sector; experience with Easypaisa/JazzCash campaigns preferred. This is an in-person role; applicants must be located in Lahore and available for full-time shifts. Candidates should be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and familiar with account management and payment processing.
