Job Description
Herbiotics Health Care seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead recruitment, HR policies, employee relations, payroll coordination, disciplinary actions, training, and performance/KPI support. You should hold a Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or Business Administration, have 3+ years of HR experience (Pharma/Nutraceutical/FMCG preferred), strong knowledge of HR operations and compliance, excellent communication and leadership, and the ability to take ownership and work independently.
