Job Description
HRPSP – Your Strategic HR Partner is hiring a Team Lead (FTTH Operations) in Faisalabad. This full-time, in-person role offers PKR 50,00–60,00/month. You will lead technicians for deployment and troubleshooting, perform fiber splicing, testing and ODN maintenance, assign and monitor daily field tasks, and maintain operational documentation. Candidates must hold a DAE in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecom, have 1–2 years of FTTH experience, and demonstrate strong hands-on technical skills.
