Job Description
HRPSP – Your Strategic HR Partner is hiring an FTTH Operations Supervisor in Faisalabad. Full-time, in-person role with salary PKR 50,00–58,00/month. You will supervise FTTH deployment teams, ensure quality, documentation and timely execution, perform field inspections of fiber routes and ODN implementation, and guide technicians while coordinating with management. Requirements: DAE in Electrical/Electronics/Telecom, 1–2 years FTTH experience, and hands-on knowledge of splicing and testing. Strong leadership and attention to detail are essential.
