Job Description
Bin Hashim Super Market seeks a Stock Receiver to handle incoming stock, inspect quantities, packaging and expirations, match items to POs and invoices, and report discrepancies. You will prepare Goods Received Notes, update ERP/Excel stock records, label and store goods (dry, chilled, frozen, fragile), assist stock counts, and coordinate bin placements with the Warehouse Supervisor. Work closely with Procurement and Accounts, communicate with suppliers, and support audits. Candidates should have an intermediate or bachelor’s degree preferred, 1–3 years’ receiving or warehouse experience (retail/FMCG a plus), strong attention to detail, safe lifting ability, inventory knowledge, and good communication. Full-time, in-person role.
