Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional team in building scalable software and systems. You will drive technical direction, mentor engineers, manage sprint planning, and coordinate with Product and QA to ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications: 5+ years in engineering leadership, strong background in system architecture, proven people-management skills, and familiarity with Agile practices. Bachelor’s in Engineering or Computer Science preferred. Competitive salary, benefits, and growth opportunities.
