Job Description
SWITZEL INTERNATIONAL seeks a Senior BIM Modeler/BIM Coordinator to lead BIM production and coordination for local and international projects. Responsibilities: develop advanced Revit models (architecture/structure/MEP), run Navisworks clash detection and track issue resolution, integrate multidisciplinary models, review drawings/schedules, prepare BEPs, audits and QC documents, and mentor junior modelers. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s in architecture/engineering, 5–8 years BIM coordination experience, strong Revit and Navisworks skills, BIM standards/LOD knowledge; Middle East experience a plus. Full‑time, in‑person.
