Job Description
SWITZEL INTERNATIONAL seeks a Senior BIM Manager in Lahore to lead Architecture, Structure, and MEP BIM teams. Develop and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and templates; coordinate models, review clash reports, and ensure ISO 19650 compliance; approve LOD-specific models and drawings; prepare BEPs, MIDPs, model audit reports and QC documentation; mentor modelers; liaise with clients and international teams. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Architecture or Engineering, 8–12 years BIM experience with 3+ years as BIM Manager/Lead; expert Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC skills. Full-time, in person.
