Job Description
Assist the Factory Sales Manager in driving factory sales, developing customer relationships, and meeting revenue targets. Manage client accounts, prepare quotations, coordinate production schedules with operations, and follow up on deliveries. Monitor market trends, support pricing strategy, and report sales forecasts. Travel to customer sites as needed and collaborate with logistics, quality, and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, 3+ years of B2B sales experience in manufacturing, strong negotiation and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and attention to detail. Organized, proactive, and results-driven candidates preferred.
