Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven National Sales Manager (General Trade) to lead nationwide GT sales strategy, manage distributor and retailer relationships, and drive revenue growth. You will develop annual sales plans, set targets, coach regional sales teams, negotiate key accounts, monitor market trends, and ensure product availability and visibility. Minimum 7 years sales experience in FMCG or retail, proven track record managing multi-channel teams, strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills, and ability to travel. Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred. KPI-focused with excellent communication and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.
