Job Description
Grewals is hiring a full-time Debit Card Operations Supervisor to lead instant debit card issuance and ATM printing operations. Responsible for supervising end-to-end card production, back-end printing, field distribution oversight, accurate system data entry, report compilation, compliance with bank policies, and escalation of operational issues. The role includes training team members, ensuring quality and security controls, and coordinating field reports for management. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree (Business/Finance preferred), experience in banking or card/ATM operations, strong organizational, reporting, data-entry, and communication skills, and attention to detail. This is an in-person role.
