Job Description
Hadron Solar seeks an O&M Engineer to maintain and optimize our Risalpur solar plant. You will perform routine inspections and maintenance of PV modules, inverters, and transformers; troubleshoot electrical and technical issues; monitor operations and analyze performance data; and prepare maintenance reports. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering; 2+ years in solar O&M; strong knowledge of PV systems, inverters, and electrical networks. Full-time, on-site role. Salary: Rs50,00–Rs60,00 per month.
