Job Description
We are seeking a Project Officer (Enterprise Development) to support SME growth and business incubation initiatives. The role involves planning and implementing enterprise programs, coordinating stakeholders, conducting market research, monitoring project progress, preparing reports and training materials, and ensuring compliance with donor and organizational standards. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in project management or economic development, strong communication and analytical skills, experience with M&E, and a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field. Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to work with diverse partners are required.
