Job Description
Location: Lahore, Pakistan. Full-time telesales role for candidates with 2+ years in real estate telesales or customer engagement. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, qualifying leads, presenting Residence 41 features and investment benefits, following up on marketing and website inquiries, scheduling property visits, maintaining CRM records, meeting monthly lead and conversion KPIs, and coordinating with Sales and Marketing. Requirements: 2+ years in real estate telesales, strong knowledge of Lahore high-rise/luxury markets, excellent phone communication and objection-handling, target-driven mindset, and CRM proficiency. We offer competitive pay Rs40,00–50,00/month plus commissions, professional training, marketing support, and clear growth into on-ground sales or leadership.
