Job Description
Join us as an Associate Demand Planner supporting accurate demand forecasts, inventory optimization, and timely product availability. You will analyze sales data, collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply teams to build monthly and weekly forecasts, maintain demand models, and support S&OP processes. Track key performance indicators, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to improve fill rates and reduce excess stock. Required: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Statistics, or related field; 1–3 years in demand planning or forecasting; strong Excel skills and experience with ERP/forecasting tools; analytical mindset and excellent communication. Preferred: knowledge of SQL or Python.
