Job Description
A leading telecommunication company is seeking a skilled Customer Services Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound calls
- Providing solutions to customer inquiries
- Addressing customer complaints
Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service or UK-based campaigns
Salary: Rs 45,00 including incentives up to Rs 15,00
