Job Description
Resco Pvt Ltd seeks a proactive Customer Relationship Manager to oversee client relationships, ensure timely complaint resolution, and uphold SLA commitments. This full-time, in-person role (Rs75,00–Rs85,00/month) requires coordinating with support teams for deployments and issue fixes, tracking complaints to closure, monitoring SLA compliance, preparing basic service reports, and maintaining accurate customer records. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s in Business, IT, or related field with 3–4 years’ CRM or customer service experience (IT/system integration preferred). Strong communication, follow-up, coordination, organizational skills, and a customer-first mindset are essential.
