Job Description
Join Jaffer Hilti Division to deliver construction tools and fastening solutions. Seeking Area Sales Manager with 4-5 years proven sales in construction, an engineering degree (Civil or Mechanical), MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred, and experience leading sales teams. Responsibilities: coach team, build pipeline and key accounts via CRM, conduct demos and site support, ensure project penetration, monitor performance and reporting, collaborate across functions, manage budgets, DSO/collections, and multi-channel selling. Full-time, in person.
