Job Description
As an Outreach Associate at The Citizens Foundation (TCF), you will manage donor relationships through calls and emails, update donor databases, coordinate with departments across country portfolios, refer inquiries appropriately, and help meet fundraising targets. You should handle high call volumes, learn scripts and Salesforce quickly, and demonstrate excellent communication, active listening, problem-solving, and strong attention to detail.
