Job Description
We seek proactive Upwork bidders to identify quality leads, write tailored proposals, and close projects for our software house. Responsibilities include searching and bidding on Upwork and other platforms, following up leads, scheduling client meetings, coordinating scope and pricing with delivery teams, and maintaining daily bidding reports. Requirements: minimum 2 years’ experience winning projects for software/IT services, excellent written and verbal English, familiarity with Upwork strategies, and ability to work commission-based. Full-time, in-person role with flexible hours (must meet daily targets and be available for client communication).
