Job Description
Habib University seeks an Assistant Manager, Academic Operations to lead faculty onboarding, manage annual reviews and promotion processes, and coordinate faculty support services. The role includes overseeing operational workflows, ensuring compliance with policies, and improving processes to support faculty success. The incumbent will assist the Senior Manager, Academic Operations with faculty data management, reporting, and related analytics. Strong organizational, communication, and data-handling skills are required. This is a key operational role within the Office of Academic Operations focused on efficient, accurate, and timely delivery of faculty services.
