Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to support the Chairman with scheduling, correspondence, travel arrangements, and confidential administrative tasks. You will be the primary liaison between executive leadership and internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities include calendar management, meeting preparation, document drafting, expense reporting, and coordination of domestic and international travel. Strong communication, discretion, and problem-solving are essential.
Requirements: bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years executive assistant experience, excellent English, MS Office proficiency, and ability to multitask under pressure.
