Job Description
E-Med Services seeks a professional, confident, customer-focused Outbound Customer Service Representative for outbound calls. You will make follow-up, reminder, and service-update calls, maintain CRM logs, handle objections professionally, coordinate with teams, and meet daily/weekly call targets. Candidates should be energetic, organized, with excellent verbal and listening skills, basic computer literacy, and a customer-first attitude. Preferred experience: telesales, call centers, CRM familiarity, multilingual ability. Shift: 6 PM–12 AM. Job types: Part-time, Internship, Fresher. Work location: In person.
