Job Description
Mars BPO is hiring a Sales Coordinator to validate customer details, share clear service information, handle objections, and efficiently close leads. This outbound phone role requires confident verbal communication, basic computer and typing skills, target-driven focus, and adherence to SOPs and call quality standards. You will update records, meet performance targets, and work night shift (7:00 PM–5:00 AM) from our Karachi office: 2nd Floor, Shafi Court, Club Road, near Avari Towers, Civil Lines.
