Job Description
ASK Development Pvt Limited, a reputed company, is seeking a dedicated Phone Banking Officer to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, assist with banking services, and resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Urdu
- 6+ months of experience in banking call centers
