Job Description
We seek a full-time Client Support Officer in Karachi. Salary PKR 60,00–70,00/month. Requirements: age 30–35; O/A Levels + Bachelor’s; 3–4 years in PR, client relations or communications; UAE, BPO or UK/USA firm experience preferred; call center background a plus. Responsibilities: manage UAE business setup and government services inquiries, prepare/submit documents, ensure confidentiality and client satisfaction, coordinate teams, and track UAE/Freezone regulations. Skills: excellent verbal/written communication, interpersonal, organization, multitasking, and target-oriented performance. In-person role.
