Job Description
GMS DIGITALS SMC PVT LTD is hiring a Customer Support Specialist – WhatsApp (Female) for onsite work at Divine Mega 2, Ghazi Road, DHA Phase 2. Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. Salary from 45,00 PKR plus deal-closing bonus. Responsibilities: respond to WhatsApp inquiries, convert prospects to customers, maintain CRM and daily reports, coordinate with teams, and track conversion rates. Requirements: female candidates only; minimum 1 year in customer support/telesales/chat sales; fast typing, strong English, proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM. Urgent full-time hire.
