Job Description
Cardiff MED Institute seeks a full-time Customer Service Representative to be the first voice of our organization. Responsibilities: handle calls, WhatsApp, email, and inbox inquiries in person; provide course information; tag and forward leads via CRM/QMS; maintain daily call logs and inquiry records; ensure a positive, professional customer experience. Requirements: Intermediate/A-Levels/BA/BSc and 2–3 years in CSR, receptionist, call center, or QA roles; excellent English and Urdu communication; well-groomed, confident, customer-friendly. Skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email writing, typing, CRM handling, data management, quick learning and problem-solving. Pay Rs25,00–Rs30,00/month. Work location: in person.
