Job Description
Huda Healthcare seeks a full-time Customer Support Representative based in Rawalpindi (in-person) for morning and evening rotational shifts. You will handle inbound patient queries in Urdu and English, schedule appointments, convert leads, and provide empathetic, solution-focused support while collaborating with clinical teams. Requirements: 4 years of customer support experience (call center/hospital preferred), Bachelor’s degree, basic computer and CRM/live chat proficiency, and proven ability to manage difficult emotional situations calmly. Salary: Rs45,00–Rs55,00 per month. Applicants must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Rawalpindi before starting.
